The Lakeview Sanitary Lift Station was built in 1960 and was designed to the standards of that time. WebbIf you are really concerned, you should either walk away, or hire a local appraiser to look for market evidence of a diminution in value attributable to a subsurface lift pump of the type you mention. If they can't find any, you're ok. Thanks for the information. It's at least partially above ground in a new planned community.
