In this work, we present a learning on the strong optical collisional emission lines of Ne and Ar in an heterogeneous sample of ionized gaseous nebulae f WebHII regions are volumes of ionized gas (on scales of a few tens to a few hundred light years) present in virtually all gas-rich galaxies. These gas regions consist principally of hydrogen but with ∼10% helium and smaller amounts of oxygen, carbon, nitrogen, sulfur, neon, argon, and other trace elements.
