WebHydro Hypostasis fight pattern is very similar to Electro Hypostasis. Just dodge its attacks but try to keep close as much as you can so you dont waste any time running to it while it goes into its vulnerable state. Ayaka is actually very good for this fight. When you see the slimes, apply cryo on them using your dash + attack. WebHydro Hypo is the trickier of the 2 from my experience. Cryo is basically the key to beating it. It has smaller openings compared to Pyro IMO and it's overall the more annoying experience even when you're doing the fight correctly. Basically just maximize your damage during the openings and keep your Cryo character ready for the last phase.
