The bending is much simpler for an HK flat, all you need is 3/4 inch drill rod and some means of aligning it straight down the middle of the flat. Here are the plans for the jig we used. There was another forum a few years back wherein a member who had some very good machining and welding skills built a flat bending jig and set up a waiting list thread and people would sign up and wait on the jig. WebI’ll report on my results next week, should go well the print was extremely stout at 100 percent Infill. Takes just shy of a week to print everything but this could change the game, 20 bucks in material vs 400 dollars for a metal jig. If this works, the answer is in the pudding. Godspeed my man.
