Inspired by Europe’s prestigious one-day classics, the Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race is the first of its kind in Australia. WebThe bike race route was designed by Cadel Evens (Australia’s first Tour De France 2011 winner) on the roads that he trained on as a child. This bike race in Geelong is very popular, and attracts a large number of riders. Cadel’s People’s Ride has courses to suit all abilities including distances ranging from 35km, 50km and 125km.
