Flyway baseline-version不生效

If the table exists (but it's empty) then the output shows that the baseline was successful, but no entry is actually written to the table, so the baseline doesn't work as expected. WebBaseline. This will cause Migrate to ignore all migrations up to and including the baseline version. Newer migrations will then be applied as usual.
