Now every time I try to boot up ts4 it tells me to download the EA App, and I do. Without fail, every single time, the download always has an "unexpected error" and stops. I've updated my laptop as much as it can be, its up to ... WebDec 2, 2024 · I figured it out - when attempting to install to a drive OTHER than where Windows is installed, the installation fails. It MUST be installed on the same drive (C: in my case). EA Support is terribly slow and unresponsive. I was about to give up until I tried another system with only a single drive.
